So I guess this is the part I come up with some clever stuff to say about myself but....I'd rather not. Don Barksdale was the frist African American to play on the U.S. Olympic basketball team. As one of the first black players in the NBA he became the first Black player chosen to play in the NBA All-Star game. In 1948, Don Barksdale because the first black radio disc jockey in San Francisco Bay Area.
